The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Act And Will Only Be Implemented After The Provision Of The Envisaged Financing For The Implementation Of The Activity. The Payment Of The Price Under The Public Procurement Contract Will Be Made Under The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Documentation.
