The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Textbooks, Teaching Aids And Providing Access To Electronically Readable Textbooks In A Computer Modeling Subject, Published By Atlas Publishing House Ltd., For Gratuitous Use By The Students Of The 4Th Grade, For The School 2025 - 2026. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Bgn 1175.96 (One Thousand One Hundred Seventy -Five Levs, And Ninety -Six Pennies) Without Vat Included Respectively Bgn 1281.80 (One Thousand Two Hundred Eighty -One Levs, And Eighty Pennies) With Vat Included. The Required Quantities Of Textbooks Are Detailed In The Specific Application On The Submitted Form By The Publishing House Atlas Publishing House Ltd. And Are A Total Of 116. (One Hundred And Sixteen) Textbooks Including Teaching Aids Incl. Access To Electronically Readable Variants Of Textbooks On A Computer Modeling Subject. Textbooks Of The Computer Modeling Subject Should Be Provided For An Estimated Number Of Students From Iv Class, For The 2025 - 2026 School Year At Raina Knyaginya Primary School, Plovdiv, As Follows: 116. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order More Than The Estimated Amount Of Textbooks, Teaching Aids And Electronically Readable Variants Of Textbooks, Depending On The New Students Received During The 2025 - 2026 School Year. In Case There Is A Need For Delivery Of Additional Textbooks, Teaching Aids And Electronically Read Textbooks, In Order To Ensure Additional Unforeseen Units, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Outsource An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Contract For The Public Procurement, Pursuant To Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. 2. The Place Of Execution Of The Contract Is The Building Of Raina Knyaginya Primary School, Plovdiv, Pk 4003, 40 Sava Mutkurov Str. 3. The Deadline For Delivery And The Term Of The Contract. The Contract Has A Period Of Operation Until 30.09.2025. The Deadline For Implementation Of The Main Application Is Until 05.09.2025. Electronically Read Textbooks For Students From Grade Iv On The Computer Modeling Subject For The 2025-2026 School Year. 4. Requirements For Delivery: The Order Should Be Executed In Accordance With All The Rules And Regulations In Force At The Moment Regarding The Implementation Of The Awarded Activities. Textbooks, Training Kits Must Correspond To The Lists Of Textbooks Approved And Approved By The Ministry Of Education And Sciences, Teaching Kits And Teaching Aids That Will Be Used During The School Year. They Should Meet The Requirements Set Out In Ordinance No. 6/30.11.2015. Textbooks, Teaching Kits And Teaching Aids Should Be New, Without Traces Of Use And Properly Completed. Transport To Ex-Customer And Loading And Unloading Activities Are Carried Out By The Contractor And Are At His Own Expense.
