Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Postal Services, Part Of The Universal Postal Service, By A Postal Operator For The Needs Of Varna Municipality And The Secondary Authorizers With A Budget With The Subject: Acceptance, Transfer And Delivery Of Domestic And International Postal Shipments And Parcels; Additional Postal Services
When Executing The Order, It Should Be Carried Out: Acceptance, Transfer And Delivery Of Domestic And International Postal Correspondence And Parcels, And Additional Postal Services At Least Twice Every Working Day. *The Additional Postal Services Refer To The Recommendation Service And The Delivery Notice Service, In Accordance With §1, Item 10 Of The Additional Provision Of The Postal Services Act. The Scope, Basic Parameters And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Indicated In The Technical Specification-Annex 1, An Integral Part Of The Conditions. 1. Term Of The Contract/Term Of Performance: Up To 1 (One) Year, As Of 01.09.2025 Or After The Amount Under Contract №D24001467vn/29.08.2024 (Which Event Occurred Earlier). 2. Performance Guarantee: 5% Of The Value Of The Order. 3. The Reporting/Acceptance Of The Activities Subject Of The Contract On The Basis Of: Daily And Monthly Reports For Accepted Postal And/Or Parcel Consignments/Annexes №3 And №4/. 4. Payment Will Be Made On The Basis Of: Duly Formed Invoices Meeting The Requirements Of The Accounting Act And Vat Act. 5. The Place Of Performance Of The Contract - Post Offices On The Territory Of Ops Varna Under The Attached List /Annex №5 An Integral Part Of The Contract. 6. The Control Over The Performance Of The Contract By The Contracting Authority Will Be Carried Out By The Directorate Curricular In Varna Municipality.
