As A Result Of This Procedure, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works For The Current Repair And Maintenance Of Sites Of Nek Ead Of 36 (Thirty-Six) Months With Up To 3 Potential Contractors Ranked First To Third Place, Provided That There Are Sufficient Number Of Bids That Meets. Provided That There Is No Sufficient Number Of Tenders That Meet The Pre-Announced Conditions Of The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With Less Than Three Potential Contractors. For Each Specific Contract, Which Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Hold An Internal Competitive Choice In Accordance With Art. 82, Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Act.
