To Avoid Major Failures That Could Lead To An Extended Shutdown Of The Building’S Heating System, Directly Impacting Patient And Staff Safety During The Heating Season, The Aged Boilers Must Be Replaced. The Redesign Of The Heating System Shall Start Immediately To Ensure Continuous Operations. Project Familiarity & Technical Alignment Introba Canada Has Previously Completed The Feasibility And Decarbonization Study For This Project, And Is Familiar With The Site Conditions, Existing Boiler Plant Layout, And Operational Requirements Identified By Vch Facilities Maintenance & Operations (Fmo). Their Continued Involvement Will Enable Technical Consistency, Avoids Onboarding Delays, And Reduces The Risk Of Design Misalignment. All These Are Critical To Meet The Tight Timeline. Proven Collaboration & Efficiency In The Feasibility Stage, Introba Canada Worked Closely With Vch’S Internal And External Partners To Identify Energy Conservation Measures That Reduce Costs. By Retaining Introba’S Design Team And Project Context, The Collaboration Can Be Extended Into The Upcoming Design Development Stage.
