Assessment Center Services For Recruitment - Open Procedure Above Community Threshold, Pursuant To Art. 71 Of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023 Concerning Services And Support Activities For The Performance Of Competitions And Auditions For The Rai National Symphony Orchestra. The Contract Concerns The Execution Of Services And Support Activities For The Performance Of Competitions And Auditions For The Rai National Symphony Orchestra. In Particular, The Selection Activities Subject To The Service (Hereinafter Also Services) Are So Briefly Articulated: - Support Service In The Research And Selection Of Resources From Inserted In The Company With Fixed -Term And Permanent Employment Contracts, For Professional Profiles Provided For By The Ccl Rai For Dorchestra Professors. During The Period Of Validity Of The Requested Framework Agreement, Rai Intends To Start A Series Of Competitions And Auditions Aimed At Identifying Dorchestra Professors To Be Hired With An Indefinite And Determined Employment Contract In The Rai Culture And Educational - National Symphony Orchestra, Based In Turin. Rai National Symphony Lorchestra Is Made Up Of 117 Elements, Taken With A Permanent Contract And Governed By The Ccl Professors Orchestra Rai, Divided Into Families Of Tools (Arches, Woods, Brass, Percussion, Harp). Each Competition Selection Must Include A Series Of Steps Some By Rai And Others By The Preparation. In This Context, The Upper Will Have To Support The Human Resources And Organization Department (Rai Academy/Selection) In The Research And Selection Of Resources From The Company With Fixed -Term And Permanent Employment Contracts, For Professional Profiles Envisaged By The Ccl Rai For Dorchestra Professors. Rai Will Have The Right To Request Allimpresa To Provide The Services Necessary For The Performance Of Competitions And Auditions For Dorchestra Professors, Based On The Audition Costs Or Competition Costs. In Consideration Of The Nature Of The Framework Agreement, All The Quantities Indicated In The Tender Documentation Are Merely Indicative And Not Binding. The Estimated Value Represents The Maximum Amount Of The Relative Framework Agreement And Is Not Subject To Reduction; This Amount Is In No Way Demanding Or Binding For Rai. The Actual Amounts Of The Activities To Be Carried Out Will Be Determined When Stipulating Implementation Contracts. In Particular, The Value Of Each Implementing Contract Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Necessary Quantities And The Discount Offered To Be Applied To The Price Lists Referred To In The Tender Documents. The Contract Is Divided Into A Single Lot In That It Concerns The Provision Of A Service That Is Unitary And Not Divisible From A Functional Point Of View And Which Must Meet Homogeneous Performance Requirements As It Is Functionally Connected To The Realization Of Activities Strictly Interconnected From Each Other Since Overall Aimed At The Unitary Provision Of The Service.
