Pre-Information For The Award, After Competition, Of A Public Service Contract For The Operation Of The Rail Transport Services Of Travelers From The New Aquitaine Region, For The South Lot. Subject To The Decision Of The Deliberative Resemblance On The Management Method, Operators Are Informed That The Public Regional Rail Transport Service Contract Will Be Awarded After Competition, In Accordance With The Texts In Force On The Launch Date Of The Procedure. At This Stage, It Is Envisaged That The Public Rail Transportation Service Contract Relates To The Following Lines: • Bordeaux - Hendaye - Irun • Bordeaux - Pau - Tarbes • Hendaye - Bayonne - Pau -Tarbes • Bayonne - Saint -Jean -Pied -De -Port • Pau - Oloron -Ste -Marie - Bedous. In 2019, The Offer Made Amounted To 2.3 Million Trains-Kilometers And The Attendance Of These Lines Was 178 Million Travelers-Kilometers. The Attendance Is Increasing Sharply And Has Reached 302 Million Travelers-Kilometers In 2024. All Of These Lines Corresponds To A Theoretical Offer Of 3.1 Million Train-Kilometers (Annual Service 2024), And Potentially Up To 6.2 Million Train-Kilometers On The Horizon Of The Operation Of These Lines Within The Framework Of The Public Service Contract Targeted By This Notice. The Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region Also Studies The Possibility Of Entrusting The Exploitation Of An Omnibus Link Between Dax And Hendaye/Irun, Or Even Between Dax And San Sebastian (Spain). The Opportunity And The Conditions Of Implementation (Institutional Governance, Grouping Of Conceding Authorities, Transfer Of The Contract To A Third -Party Public Entity) Of Such A Project Are Under Detained.
