Construction Project Management Services - Feeg: Welheimer Mark - Project Control Of The Individual Measure. Freedom Emscher Is A Cooperation Project By The Cities Of Essen And Bottrop And Rag Montan Immobilien Gmbh. The Two Cities And Rag Montan Immobilien Gmbh Are Partners Of The Development Company (Feeg). Feeg Develops A Total Area Of 150 Ha. On Essener And Bottrop Urban Area. The Area Is Divided Into Five Potential Areas. The Welheimer Mark Area, As One Of The Five Former Mining Areas In The Interommunal Project Freiheit Emscher, Is Initially Considered As A Potential Location For Research On The Subject Of Value Water. Nevertheless, The Area Development Remains Open To Other Uses. The Welheimer Mark Is An Approximately 11 Hectare Area Of Development Excl. The Area Is Largely Used Today. The Aim Of The Measure Is The Development Of The Climate -Neutral Industrial Area Welheimer Mark, Possibly As A Real Laboratory Campus For Value Water In The Field Of The City Of Bottrop. After Completion, The Implemented Measures And Areas In Public Space Are Handed Over To The City Of Bottrop (Street Areas, Traffic Areas, Outdoor Facilities, Areas For Compensation Measures, Etc.). Accessed And Built -Up, Built -In -A -Construction Businesses Are Sold To Future Buyers. The Buyers Themselves Are Built Up And Is Not The Subject Of The Project Control Services. The Neighboring Is Opened Up By Connecting To The Commercial Boulevard. The Commercial Space Is Reached From Here. The Area Is Divided Into 4 Quadrants Of A Similar Size. The Investor Is Opened Within The Quadrants. A Central Green Axis Runs Through The Neighborhood. The Quarters Are Surrounded By A Green Space. A Central Space Is To Be Created Between The Individual Commercial Space, The Green Space And The Primary Development. The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Are Project Control Services In The Form Of Project Levels 1 To 5 (Project Preparation, Planning, Execution Preparation, Execution, Project Completion) In The Areas Of Action: Organization, Information, Coordination And Documentation (A), Qualities And Quantities (B), Costs And Financing (C), Appointments And Logistics (D) As Well As Contracts And Insurance In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Aho Series Of The Committee Of The Associations And Chambers Of The Engineers And Architects For The Honorary Regulations, Issue No. 9 As Of March 2020. Procurement Documents, In Particular The Service Description And Systems. The Following Measures And Work Packages Must Be Carried Out To Develop The Project And To Be Controlled By The Contractor
