Telephone-Answeering Services-Maintenance And Comprehensive Management Of The Custom Center For Personalized Care (Cap) Of The Madrid Health Service Of The Community Of Madrid. The Purpose Of The Service Is The Maintenance And Management Of Various Services That Are Currently Provided Through The Cap Of The Ministry Of Health Of The Cam, As Well As Contributing To The Technical And Management Deployment To Assume Other Services That May Be Required In The Future During The Duration Of The Contract. Among The Services Are: • The Management Of The Appointment In The Primary Care Centers. • The Management Of The Appointment In Hospital Care When Whose Demand Is Generated From Primary Care. • The Management Of Appointments And Communications With Breast Scheding (Breast Cancer Detection Program), Colon (Colorectal Cancer Prevention Program) And Cérvix (Cérvix Cancer Early Detection Program). • Management Of The Surgical Waiting List. • Support For Use Applications By Citizens. Additionally, The Following Services Are Provided: • Functional Campaign Analysis On The Crm (Customer Relationship Management) Platform, Including Citizen Health, Information Services, Etc. • Replacement And Maintenance Hardware And Software Of The Kiosks Deployed In The Primary Care Health Centers. There Are Currently 124 Terminals Deployed By Cam. • Implementation And Maintenance Of The Protocols Defined By The Madrid Health Service (Sermas) For The Existing Services In The Cap And The New Ones That Are Defined In The Crm Existing In The Sermas. The Works To Be Carried Out Will Be Adjusted To The Specifications Included In The Technical Prescriptions That Governs This Contract.
