Refuse And Waste Related Services-Collection And Development Through Thermal Transformation Of Waste With Code 19 12 10 (2000 Mg + 3000 Mg), Derived From Mechanical-Biological Processing Of Municipal Waste, Including Large-Scale Waste, Which Does Not Have The Nature Of Hazardous, Neutral Or Biodegradable Waste. 3 2. The Amount Of Waste With Code 19 12 10 Derived From Mechanical Processing Of Municipal Waste, Intended For Collection And Development As Part Of The Basic Order Is Up To 2000 Mg. 3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Affect The Amount Of Waste Of Waste, Due To The High Variability Of This Stream. In The Event Of An Increase In The Waste Stream, The Employer Allows The Use Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act, Consisting In Increasing The Amount Of Waste With Code 19 12 10 Intended For Collection And Development By An Additional Amount Of Up To 3000 Mg. 4. Considering The Above, The Total Amount Of Waste Intended For Collection And Development Is Up To 5000 Mg, Including: For The Basic Order: Up To 2000 Mg And For The Order Under The Option: Up To 3000 Mg. 5. Waste Will Be Offered In The Form Of Loose. The Contractor Will Receive The Abovementioned Waste From The Ordering Party From The Installation: Municipal Waste Treatment Plant (Zuok), Ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn. 6. Waste Received From The Ordering Party Will Be Managed By Their Thermal Transformation. The Contractor May Perform The Above -Mentioned Rainfall Management Independently Or Through Other Entities With Appropriate Permits (Subcontractors). The Contractor Then Bears Full Responsibility Towards The Employer For Ensuring That The Waste Is Used Above.
