Bids Are Invited For Contracting Of A Company For Vehicle Leasing (Vans) To Serve As A Vehicle Reserve School Transport In Both Rural And Rural Urban Areas Of The Municipality According To The Needs Of The Municipal Secretariat Of Education.

The Van Vehicle With Capacity For 16 Occupants Preferably Zero Km Or Up To 8 Years Of Use Should Be Closed, With Rigid Body, Reinforced Structure And Design Compatible With Urban And Medium -Distance Urban And Road Transport. It Should Have A Motor With A Minimum Power Of 120 Horsepower, Powered By Diesel Or Bi -Fuel System (Gasoline/Ethanol), With Manual Or Automatic Transmission Of At Least Five Gears. The Steering System Should Be Assisted, Hydraulic Or Electric, Providing Comfort And Safety To The Conductor. The Model Should Have Abs Brake System, Front Airbags (For Driver And Passenger), And Individual, Retractable Seat Belts For All Occupants. The Internal Arrangement Of The Seats Will Be In Fixed Rows, With Padded Upholstery And Compatible Space For The Safe Accommodation Of Passengers. The Vehicle Should Have Air Conditioning With Ducts Or Exits Facing The Rear Of The Cabin, Ensuring Efficient Ventilation Throughout The Passenger Compartment. The Entrance Will Be Made By Sliding Lateral Door, Preferably With Auxiliary Step And Support Handle. The Internal Compartment Should Be Illuminated By Lights Distributed Along The Ceiling, With Sufficient Internal Height To Allow The Occupants Safe Displacement Inside. The Vehicle Must Fully Meet The Requirements Of The Brazilian Traffic Code, The Relevant Abnt Rules And The Contran Resolutions In Force, Including Regarding Safety And Accessibility, When Applicable (06 Vans) Monthly Value.
