The Objective Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure That Bergen Municipality, C/O The Agency For Housing Management (The Contracting Authority), Has Plumbing Work In Municipal Rental Housing. The Agency Administers And Maintains Approx. 5,650 Residences At Around 1,750 Addresses In Bergen Municipality. A Significant Part Of The Contract ́S Extent Will Apply To Maintenance Work On Existing Pipeline Systems, But Minor Renovation And Alteration Projects Will Also Be Needed. Limitations: Where There Are Several Disciplines Involved And Painting Work Is A Natural Part Of The Total Delivery, The Contracting Authority Can Choose To Announce The Total Delivery In An Open Tender Contest. If A Call-Off Is Estimated To Exceed Nok 500,000 Excluding Vat, The Contracting Authority Can Choose To Announce The Call-Off In An Open Tender Contest.
