Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Baseline Survey, Monitoring and Evaluation of Implementation of Environmental and Social Management Plan, Climate Change and Socio-Economic impacts for the Project The Somaliland Roads Development Agency (RDA), being the implementing agency of the Government of Somaliland now invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, evidence from Clients of similar assignments undertaken, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures/associate to enhance their chances of qualification. Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Banks Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations dated October 2015, which is available on the Banks website at http://www.afdb.org.
