Electricity - The Supply Of Non -Bench Electricity To The Indicated Locations, Which Are In The Management Of Pkp Intercity S.A.. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electricity Confirmed By Guarantees Of Origin From Renewable Energy Sources (Renewable Energy), For The Contracting Authority Who Is A Final Recipient, Held On The Conditions Specified In Common Regulations, In Particular In Energy Law And In The Res Act, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations To The Abovementioned Of The Laws And The Principles Set Out In The Concessions And Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 2. The Supply Of Electricity Is Understood As Direct Sales Of Electricity By The Contractor To The Employer And The Transfer Of Electricity Ownership At Delivery Places (Ppe) Listed In Annex 12 To Swz In The Quantities Indicated By The Measuring And Billing Systems Together With The Provision Of Commercial Balance Service. 3. The Estimated Volume Of Energy Consumption Throughout The Entire Order Processing Period Will Be 39 536 Mwh +/- 10 % (Max 43 490 Mwh), Including: A) 2 544 Mwh +/- 10 % (Max 2 798 Mwh) At 2025; B) 17 615 Mwh +/- 10 % (Max 19 377 Mwh) At 2026; C) 19 377 Mwh +/- 10 % (Max 21 315 Mwh) At 2027
