Construction-Site Supervision Services-Selection Of A Contractor For Evaluating The Conformity Of Investment Projects And Exercising Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction Works On The Project: Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building In Topolovgrad, Treti March №7, Ent. A And Ent. B. In The Realization Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, The Principles Of Gender Equality And The Equal Opportunities And Non -Discrimination Are Observed, In Accordance With The Set Principles In The Charter Of Fundamental Rights Of The European Union. At The Stage Of Implementation Of The Project, The Following Should Be Observed: - In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Waste Management Act, Before The Start Of Construction And Assembly Activities, The Contracting Authority Is Responsible For The Preparation Of A Plan For The Management Of Construction Waste. In Compliance With The Regulatory Framework, Each Plan Should Contain A Forecast For The Formed Construction Waste (Co) And The Extent Of Their Material Utilization, The Forecast For The Type And Quantity Of The Products Of Utilized Cos, Which Are Used In The Construction, As Well As Measures That Are Taken In The Management Of The Formed Co.
