The Acquisition Focuses On The Project Planning Of One Apartment Block And Yard Area In Helsinkis Sörnäinen, Including The Overall Planning Of The Option As A Design Team Led By The Chief Designer. The Design Team Includes Architectural, Structural, Yard, Plumbing, Building Automation, Electrical, Elevator, Acoustics And Fire Safety Planning Tasks. The Developer Acquires The Necessary Base, Life Cycle And Energy Design And Data Model Coordinator Separately. The Life Cycle Targets For The Project Are Controlled By Atts Life Cycle Control Model. The Carbon Footprint Of Buildings May Not Exceed The Carbon Footprint Of The Building Permit Set By The City Of Helsinki At The Time Of The Submission Of A Building Permit.
