Natural Risks Or Hazards Protection Services - Maintenance Of Water Reservoirs At The Board Of The Catchment In Piotrków Trybunalski In 2025/2026 - Regarding The Task Entitled: Maintenance And Service Of The Water Reservoir Cieszanowice. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Maintenance And Ongoing Service Of The Cieszanowice Water Reservoir At The Area Of ​​The Department Board In Piotrków Trybunalski In 2025/2026. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 (Description Of The Subject Of The Basic Contract And The Swz Options Provided Under The Law), And Annex 2.1 (Offer Valuation Form). The Implementation Of The Right Of The Option Will Consist In Repetition Of The Same Services (Activities) As Those Provided By The Contractor As Part Of The Basic Order, But On The Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party For 2026, Together With The Appropriate Increase In The Maximum Amount Of The Contract, Intended For The Contract. 1 Option Right For The Abovementioned The Circumstances Will Be Implemented On The Same Conditions As The Basic Order. 2 The Price Of Providing Services Ordered/Provided Under The Option Will Be Specified In The Offer Valuation Form (Annex 2.1 To Swz). 3 The Employer Will Be Able To Exercise The Right Of Options When He Receives Financial Resources For The Implementation Of An Optional Order. 4 The Employer Shall Inform The Contractor About The Intention To Exercise The Right Of The Option By A Separate Letter/Statement By Determining The Scope In Which The Employer Will Use The Right Of The Option. 5 Services Provided Under The Options Law Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Requirements Described In Annex From No. 1 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Provisions Specifying The Terms And Payment Methods, Conditions For Providing The Service And Contractual Penalties Are Applied To The Service Of The Service Under The Right. 6 The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Exercise The Right Of Options. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claims For Not Using The Right Of Options In Full Or In Part. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Reserves The Right To Annul The Proceedings In Question, If The Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract In Question Will Not Be Granted To Him. In Case Of Annulment Based On The Above Premises, Contractors Are Not Entitled To A Reimbursement Of Participation In The Proceedings.
