The Tax Administration (Sktfv) Today Uses A Case Management System (Skat Equation) To Administration Of Sktfvs Government Tasks, Including Digital Treatment Of Tax, Tax And Vat Control For Persons, Companies And Associations. Approx. 500,000 Cases Annually In Current Tax Equation And Approx. 500,000 Letters From Skat Equation (Digital And Physical Post) Per Year. The Current System (Skat Equation) No Longer Meets Sktfvs Needs. The Purpose Of The Supply Is Thus To Acquire And Implement A New Case Management System That Will Gradually Replace The Current System. The Phase-Out Is Continuously Done Through A Number Of Projects (P1-Pn), Where The Users Case Management Is Transferred To The New System And Where The First Project, Which Is Part Of The Delivery, Includes The User Group Advance (P1). The New System Will Support Sktfvs Handling Of Cases As Well As The Storage And Structured Documentation Of The Case. The System Must Support Workflows, Reminders, Approval Flows, Time Limit Management And Role -Based Access Control. Furthermore, The System Must Be Able To Handle A Large Amount Of Letter Broadcasts (Physically And Digitally) Based On Templates With Automatic Journalization. The User Interface Must Be Available To Both Administrative Users And Caseworkers. The System Must Be Scalable And Be Used In Different Organizational Contexts. The System Must Comply With Non-Functional Requirements, Including Regarding Performance, Response Times, Data Integrity, Security, Web Accessibility And Scalability By Increased Load. Management Reporting Must Also Be Supported. The System Must Also Be Integrated With Sktfvs Existing And Other Relevant Systems. It Must Be Operated On The Suppliers Platform With High Stability And Fulfillment Of Defined Service Goals. In Addition, The Systems Workflows Must Be Configurable So That Sktfvs Can Customize The System Itself After Acquisition. The System Must Support Approx. 3,000 Caseworkers In Sktst And Approx. 120 Case Managers In Assessment. In Addition, Approx. 2,000 Employees Across The Other Professional Management In Sktfv. Sktfv Also Has Some Special Functional Needs, Which Must Also Be Supported By The System, Including Viewing Modules, Handling Of Case Complexes, Template -Based Letter Generation And Simulation And Regulation Of Tax Base In Sktfvs Other Systems - See Appendix Appendix 5.A.I For More Detailed Description. The System Must Be Operated On The Suppliers Platform. The Operating Platform Must Be Established As Part Of The Delivery And Must Be Expanded In Line With The Implementation Of Subsequent Projects (Configuration Projects, Cf. Appendix 5.A.).
