Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Cars For The Needs Of Medical University - Varna, In Two Lots

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Delivery Of New, Unused Cars For The Needs Of The Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna. The Order Includes Delivery, Warranty And Servicing Of Three M1 Vehicles, Divided Into Two Lots. Within The Warranty Period, The Contractor Eliminates With Its Own Forces And Means All Damage And/Or Inconsistencies Of Cars, Respectively, Replaces Defective Parts And/Or Components And/Or Software With New Ones, According To The Guarantee Conditions Of The Manufacturer And The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor. All Costs For Remedying Warranty Problems, Repairs Or Replacement Of Defective Parts And Devices, As Well As Transporting The Vehicle In These Cases From Its Location To The Contracting Authority, When It Cannot Move On Its Own Move To An Authorized Service During The Warranty Period, Are At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Provides For Its Own Expense Servicing The Vehicle According To The Terms And Conditions Of The Warranty. The Service Refers To The Required Planned Service Maintenance With The Periodic Period Specified In The Calendar Period Or The Vehicle Mileage. The Provider Should Have A Service Network On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, For Warranty And Servicing Of Cars - According To The Terms And Conditions Of The Warranty. The Minimum Technical Characteristics, The Requirements For Warranty And Servicing Of The Vehicles Are Detailed In The Technical Specification For The Respective Separate Position (Annex №1.1 ÷ №1.2). The Proposal Of The Tenderer Must Be With Parameters Identical Or Better Than The Minimum Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification For The Respective Lot (Annex No. 1.1 ÷ №1.2).
