Tenders Are Invited For Urgent Award Of Loading And Transportation Services For Non -Hazardous Mixed Household Waste For The Needs Of Sapareva Banya Municipality

The Following Types Of Waste Is Subject To The Activities For Loading And Removal Of Mixed Municipal Waste: 1) Municipal Waste; 2) Construction Waste; 3) Production Non -Hazardous Waste. The Activity Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With All The Technological Rules And In Full Compliance With The Requirements Of The Bulgarian Legislation - Both Regarding The Transport Itself And Regarding The Necessary By Law (And By -Laws) Accountability And Documentation Of The Transport Carried Out. The Contractor Of The Procurement In Providing The Services Complies With Compliance With The Requirements Of: -The National Waste Management Program; -The Program For Management Of Waste Activities Of Sapareva Banya, Current At The Time Of Execution Of The Contract; -Ordinance No. 1 On The Maintenance And Protection Of Public Order And Public Property On The Territory Of Sapareva Banya Municipality. The Periodicity Of The Removal Of Mixed Municipal Waste Is Determined By A Schedule Agreed By The Contracting Authority And The Contractor According To The Specific Needs (Volume Of Waste Collected). It Is Envisaged To Coordinate Monthly Removal Schedules. ​​​​​​​
