Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Mentoring Support and Production of Advocacy Action Plan. Job Purpose: Support 16 trained women and girls in finalizing their advocacy action plan through a series of 3 mentorship and technical support meetings, leading to the production of a well-structured and contextually relevant plan. The meetings will take place during the final week of July 2025 in Bekaa. Responsibilities Guide and mentor the trained participants in refining their advocacy goals, messages, and strategies Facilitate 3 participatory meetings with the group to co-develop a feasible and impactful advocacy action plan Provide technical input and ensure that the final product reflects feminist principles, local needs, and actionable steps Coordinate closely with RDFL project staff to align with project objectives Deliverables 3 mentoring meetings conducted with 16 women and girls Finalized advocacy action plan submitted in Arabic (digital copy) Brief summary report outlining the mentoring process and outcomes in addition of Minutes of Meeting.
