Tenders are invited for Auction Sale of Sewage Treatment Plant Date Added: July 4, 2025 Deadline: 23/07/2025 Category: Auction HIGH COMMISSION OF INDIA, ABUJA INVITES BIDS FROM THE REPUTED COMPANIES/AGENCIES FOR AUCTION OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT IN THE HIGH COMMISSION. THE DETAILED TENDER DOCUMENT MAY BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF THE HIGH COMMISSION OF INDIA, ABUJA AT The STP is comprised of following 4 major components. Bidders may submit offers for individual components or the complete plant. The details of items/components for Auction is : (a) Five (5) Pumps (3 units of 5 HP and 2 units of 3 HP centrifugal pumps) (b) Treatment Tank (steel tank of dimension 23.8 ft x 8 ft x 7 ft) (c) Main Treatment Unit (d) Associated Equipment and Accessories (Valves, fittings, pipping and tubing, electrical and control systems) Auction Terms: (a) Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Naira 250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Naira only) (b) All interested bidders must submit the EMD through bank draft in favor of High Commission of India, Abuja, regardless of whether bidding for complete STP or individual components. (c) The highest bidder for each component or the complete STP will be awarded the respective item(s). (d) Bids must clearly specify which component(s) the bidder is interested in purchasing. (e) Successful bidder(s) must complete payment and remove awarded item(s) within 15 days after auction. If successful bidder is failed to do so than EMD will be forfeited. (f) The equipment will be sold on as is where is basis. (g) The High Commission reserves the right to accept, reject any bid or cancel this auction process without assigning any reason. (h) EMD of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within 30 days of auction. (i) Bidders shall submit their bid in a sealed envelope super-scribed with Bid for auction of STP in the High Commission of India which shall have EMD and f inancial bid inside.
