Tenders are invited for Provision of through Tubing Sand Clean out and Sand Control Services (JV) Date Added: July 4, 2025 Deadline: 17/07/2025 Category: Engineering Services, Oil & Gas Only tenderers who are prequalified and live with NJQS Product/Category 3.04.28 (Gravel Packing Services Category) and 3.04.17 (Well Completion Services) by 16:00 Hours, July 17, 2025 being the advert close date shall be invited to submit technical bid. Note: Suppliers eligible for this tender opportunity are expected to be prequalified in NJQS under these product/service categories. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) and any further progression of this tender shall be via NipeX. All costs incurred in preparing and processing NJQS prequalification shall be solely in the bidders accounts. This advertisement shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on the part of CNL to award any contract to any company and or associated companies, sub-contractors or agents, nor shall it entitle prequalified companies to make any claims whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from CNL and or any of its partners or affiliates by virtue of such companies having been prequalified in NJQS. The tendering process shall be the NNPC contracting process requiring pre-qualified companies to submit technical tenders first. Following a technical review, only technically and financially qualified bidders will be requested to submit commercial tenders. CNL will communicate only with authorized officers of the pre-qualifying companies and NOT through individuals or Agents. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: CONTRACTOR shall perform a condition survey (Base line) on drilling unit(s) which will cover the following areas: Provision of E-line Units, tools and equipment as required for: Pulling and Fishing Operations. Down-hole Cleaning Operations. Milling and Cement Cleaning Operations. High angle deployment Operations. Other related services. Furnish Vent screens with hang-off assemblies for 2 7/8 4 1/2 tubing size in straight deviated and horizontal wells. Provide TTGP services as directed on Call-Out by Company and per the well program. Perform all services and provide all equipment and material to satisfactorily complete the services. Provide Personnel technically competent and qualified to monitor and manage the equipment and tool inventory and perform the services. Provide office support personnel that are required to provide the logistical, planning, laboratory and technical support for the services at Contractors costs in the areas of operation and Companys oil and gas exploration and production support operations in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Maintain a comprehensive inventory of products and equipment required to successfully carry out the services. Prepare and submit the necessary detailed technical reports and other documentation as directed by Company. Provide Company with all inspection documents and certificates for equipment being sent out to the field location. Repair and maintain the materials and equipment furnished at the worksite in good working order for use on a twenty-four (24) hour basis. Have a Single Point of Contact in country and On-Call 24 Hours/Day/7 Days/Week in Nigeria. Contractors Representative shall communicate with Companys Drilling/Completion Staff in Lekki and Escravos and shall attend meetings with Companys staff whenever required.
