Bids Are Invited For Prime Consultant Team Terrace Courthouse Lifecycle Extension Project

The Province Seeks To Engagea Professional Consulting Team Comprised Of A Prime Consultant – Architect With Subcontractors Including But Not Limited To Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Elevator Consultant, Quantity Surveyor, Building Envelope Consultant And Code Consultant.The Province Of Bc Is Undertaking A Life Cycle Improvement Project In The Hopes Of Reducing Greenhouse Gas (Ghg) Emissions And Extending The Life Of The Building. This Project Is Intended To Be Completed In Phases Separating The Interior Works (Major Mechanical, Electrical, Etc.) From The Exterior Works (Roof).The Scope Of Work Encompasses Upgrades To The Mechanical And Electrical System, And Base Building Operating Systems. This Work Will Include But Is Not Limited To Feasibility Study And Based On That Report Moving Into Full Design, Construction Documentation, And Construction Administration Required For The Renovation Of The Existing Space Located At Terrace, Bc.
