The Contractor Is Required To Submit Reports On Non-Obligation Areas, Including Both Approved And Proposed Wildlife Habitat Areas (Whas) Within The Lytton Creek (K71086) And July Mountain (K61882) Wildfire Zones. These Reports Must Address Any Overlap With Species At Risk, Including But Not Limited To Flammulated Owl And Lewis’S Woodpecker, Ungulate Winter Range, Old Growth Areas, Assess Planting Suitability, And Identify Applicable Stocking Standards For Reforestation Within The Specified Blocks.
