The District Council of Grand Port is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius/opened to local through the Government eProcurement System for CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT: Lot 1: DR. JAMES BURTY DAVID MARKET/FAIR, ROSE BELLE AND ROSE BELLE TRAFFIC CENTRE INCLUDING TOILET BLOCKS Lot 2: MAHEBOURG MARKET For The Period 01 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 and 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2027Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System - https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: IFB/2025/457 Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 21 July 2025 up to 13.00 (Local Time). Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 21 July 2025 from 16.01 hours till Tuesday 22 July 2025 up to 10.30 hours. The District Council of Grand Port reserves the right to split the contract as per the lowest evaluated cost, accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
