Tenders are invited for Supply of Security Service 2025 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Three Thousand (Rs.3,000/-) effective from 03.07.2025 during office hours on working days from the office of the Senior Assistant Secretary/General Administration, University Grants Commission, Ward Place, Colombo 07. The method of payment will be by cash to the Shroff. All bidders except Government Institutions should submit a refundable security deposit of Sri Lankan Rupees One Hundred Ten Thousand (Rs.110,000/-) obtained from a recognized commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka which is approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
