Deadline 17th July 2025, 23:59 (GMT+7) Application to be submitted to: https://jobs.oxfamnovib.nl/job-invite/14035/ SCOPE, APPROACH, AND METHODOLOGY The consultancy will ensure that the completed work is delivered within the agreed timeframe, maintaining high- quality reporting that meets Oxfams standards and is accepted by the donor. The consultancy will rely on a desk review of available documents provided by Oxfams Program Management Unit (PMU) and country teams. In parallel with the project completion report, the consultant will also support the design and facilitation of a regional workshop involving key project stakeholders. This workshop will provide an opportunity for reflection, learning, and celebrating the projects success. The consultancy timeframe will span from August to November 2025, with work being carried out periodically as outlined in the "Tasks and Timeline" section below. Document Review: Oxfam will provide essential project documents, including project reports, technical reports, baseline study reports, the Midterm Review Report and management response, the MEAL framework, the No-Cost Extension Proposal, Project Impact Stories, Outcome documentation, endline evaluation and other relevant key documents. Regional Project Closure Workshop: Based on the desk review, the consultant will develop a concept for the regional workshop in consultation with Oxfam project team members. The consultant will also lead the facilitation of the workshop, including reporting and integrating the results into the completion report as appropriate. The workshop must be designed in consultation and contribution from Oxfam team.
