The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Indicated In The Control Report Of The Safe Use Of A Building In The Event Of The Circumstances In The Art. 61 Point 2 Of The Construction Law - The Bridge Facility Of The Municipal Road, Bridge Kotlina Ii At The Kowaniec Stream In Nowy Targ Imposed By The Poviat Building Supervision Inspector In Nowy Targ By Decision No. 64/2025 Of 10.04.2025 2. The Scope Of Works Will Consist In Particular: 1/ Renovation Of The Existing Bridge (Renovation Of The Platform Plate), A) Supplementing The Cavities, B) Performing The Steel Grate, C) Cleansing And Anti -Corrosion Protection, D) Replacement Of The Handrail, E) Supplementing Defects In Supports, Making Reinforced Concrete Platforms In Accordance With Attached Drawing Documentation. Access And Correction Of The Levels Of The Grade And Road To Improve The Safety And Liquidity Of The Road On The Road, 3/ Execution Of The Temporary Traffic Organization On The Duration Of Construction Works Together With Notification Of Relevant Services - Including Construction Of A Footbridge For Pedestrians, 4/ Obtaining The Works And Applications Necessary To Perform Works At The Polish Water Water Farm. 3. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1/ Settlement Of Cost Estimate, With Price -Forming Components Given In The Tender, In An Amount Not Higher Than The Contractual, The Final Settlement Will Be Made With The Cost Estimate After The Performance Of The Order With The Price -Forming Components Given In The Offer Cost Estimate. Unit Prices Will Not Be Changed Throughout The Contract, 2/ The Unit Prices Given In The Offer Also Include The Cost Of Performing All Activities Resulting From The Technology Of Performing A Given Operation, Necessary For Its Implementation, 3/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract And Not Listed In The Documents, And The Given Offer Also Contains The Value Of These Works, 4/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Continuity Of Pedestrian Movement According To The Project Temporary Organization Of Traffic On The Time Of Construction Together With Notification Of Relevant Services - Including Construction Of A Footbridge, 5/ The Contractor Will Provide Full Geodetic Service Of The Investment With Obtaining A Geodetic As -Built Survey, 6/ All Necessary Materials Are Secured By The Contractor (This Also Means Incurring Costs Related To It), 7/ The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Damage And Consequences Of Accident Incorrect Performance Of Work Or Improper Marking And Securing The Place Of Work, 8/ The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Safe Conditions At The Construction Site And In Its Surroundings, 9/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude A Civil Liability Insurance Contract
