The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Renovation Of A Sports And Recreational Facility In The Adam Mickiewicz City Park In Nowy Targ. 2. Construction Works Include In Particular: 1/ Renovation Of A Sports And Recreational Facility In The City Park Adam Mickiewicz In Nowy Targ Consisting In Dismantling The Devices Of The Existing Playground And The Installation Of New Ones Along With The Construction Of Safe Surfaces. Renovation Works Also Include The Installation Of New Equipment For The Badminton Playground Along With Replacement Of The Terrain. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Documentation Developed By Mr. Msc. Rafał Czyrnek Conducting Business Activity Under The Name Eng. Construction Service 32-434 Skomielna Biała 577. 4 Individual Prices Will Not Be Changed At All Times Of The Contract. 2/ For Works Not Appointed As Unnecessary, Although Covered By The Offer Cost Estimate And The Remuneration Specification Is Not Available, 3/ Material And Financial Schedule Should Take Into Account The Following Division Of Funds Allocated To The Implementation Of The Investment: 2025- 100%, 4/ The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid Based On The Financial Schedule, Including Issued On The Basis Of Partial Acceptance Reports, The Contractor Before Signing The Contract Will Be Presented To The Employer For Approval Of A Material And Financial Schedule Prepared According To The Position Of The Table Of Integrated Elements, 5/ Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, A Precipitate Of Works, Sst And With The Conditions Arising From The Technical Standards Of Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Construction Law, 6/ The Contractor Safe Conditions At The Construction Site And In Its Surroundings, 7/ The Contractor Accepts The Full Scope Of Works Presented In The Subject Of The Order, Including Those Not Mentioned In The Project Or Other Documents, And Necessary To Perform The Order, 8/ All Necessary Materials With Quality Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance Confirming The Use Of Use In Construction Protects The Contractor (This Also Means Incurring Costs Related To It), 10/ Facilities And The Area Of The Construction Site It Should Be Secured And Organized In Consultation With The Management Of Zgzir (Zakład Gospodarcza Green And Recreation) In Nowy Targ, 11/ Removable Devices From The Existing Playground Are To Be Transferred To Zgzir In Nowy Targ, 12/ The Contractor Will Secure The Place And Bear The Costs Of Removal Of Debris, Land, Elements From Demolition, Etc., Including Their Storage, Development Or Utilization, 13/ Contractor For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Incorrect Performance Of Work Or Improper Marking And Securing The Place Of Work, 14/ The Contractor Will Provide Full Geodetic Service Of The Investment Until The
