If The Contractor Does Not Comply With The Above, The Contracting Authority Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties In The Amount Specified In The Contract. 4.3 In The Absence Of A Copy Of The Current And Paid Insurance Insurance Policy (Oc) Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Shall Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract.
