1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Covering The Renovation Of The Water Reservoir (Pond) In The Town Of Kocierzowy Located On Plot No. 294/1 Kocierzowy. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 1 Will Include In Particular: A) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With Technical Documentation, B) Development Of As -Built Documentation (2 Copies Of The Paper Version And 1 Copy Of The Electronic Version). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of Works Was Specified In Annex 11 To Swz- Technical Documentation, I.E.:- Technical Description;- Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works;- A Pre-Office Of Works. The Works Of Works Attached To Swz Are Ancillary. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Flat -Rate Nature, The Contractor Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Technical Documentation, Which Is An Attachment To Swz. Speeching During The Performance Of The Contract Not Included In The Prejudice Or Works In A Larger Amount In Relation To The Pre -City Adopted In The Pre -City Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Technical Documentation. In The Case Of When In Swz Or Attachments Trademarks Have Been Used, This Means That They Are Given, For Example And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Apply Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Technical And Quality Parameters Similar Or Better, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Project Documentation. The Contractor Who Applies Devices Or Equivalent Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Performance Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer. A Use In Swz Or Label Attachments Means That The Contracting Authority Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Construction Works, Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Employer. In The Event That The Contractor For Reasons Beyond His Beyond His Control Cannot Obtain A Label Or Equivalent Label Specified By The Ordering Party, The Contracting Authority Accepts Other Relevant Evidence Within The Appointed Period, In Particular The Technical Documentation Of The Manufacturer, If The Contractor Provides That The Construction Works, Delivery Or Services To Be Performed By Him, Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated.
