1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition Of The Building With The Accompanying Works At Ul. Górnicza 9 In Katowice. Building At Ul. Górnicza 9 Is A Three -Storey Residential Building Made Of Brick, With Wooden Inter -Ruler Ceilings And A Wooden Roof Covered With Roofing Felt. The Building Volume Is 1,912 M3. All The Media In The Building Were Cut Off. The Foundations And Walls Of The Building Below Ground Level Are Not Demolished. The Building Is A Basement, The Basements Should Be Covered With Debris From The Demolition. The Building Is Emptied Of Garbage, Furniture And Other Impurities. In The Event That It Turned Out During The Demolition Square That There Are Some Things In The Building, They Would Be Removed By The Contracting Authority. The Scope Of Works Includes, In Particular, The Implementation Of The Following Works: 1) Preparatory Works 2) Demolition Of The Building 3) Turn Export And Utilization 4) Cleaning Work 5) Execution Of The Fence Of The Terrain 6) The Performance Of The Surveying Of The Geodette -Geodetic Work Of Works Also Includes All Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, And Not Specified In Any Item Of Work, Specified In The Swz And/Or The Contract. All Additional Costs Related To, Among Others, The Implementation Of A Temporary Traffic Organization, Seizure Of The Pavement/Road Lane, Obtaining Permission And Implementation Of The Marking Will Be Borne By The Contractor, Which Was Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (§ 1 Para. 5). The Employer Intends To Allocate Pln 234,094.95 Gross For The Implementation Of The Order. 2. Information Relevant To The Performance Of The Contract - Works Will Be Carried Out In The Environment Of Inhabited Buildings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Access And/Or To The Surrounding Properties During The Work And Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The Transport Roads, Parking Lots And Pavements. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: 1) Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Photographic Documentation, An Overview Map And Pinb Decision In Katowice No. 39/2025 Of 26.02.2025 So 03.5144.12.2025 Swz, 3) Auxiliary Cost Estimates And Bills Of Works Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.
