4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Historic Part Of The Internal Department With The Spzoz Cardiological Sub -Unit In Rypin. The Scope Of The Order Includes Stage 1 Indicated In The Document Division Into Cost Estimates, Constituting Annex 5 To Annex 8 To Swz, Containing The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract. 4.1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Project Documentation, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz; 2) Performing As -Built Documentation Of Construction Works And Transferring It To The Ordering Party; 3) Obtaining The Necessary Acceptance And Permits After The End Of Individual Stages Of Construction Works Covered By This Order, Including A Water Study (Microbiology In The Basic Scope) Permission To Use (Applies To Partial Acceptance) And An Effective Notification About The Completion Of Construction (Applies To Final Acceptance) - Enabling The Start Of The Use Of Individual Stages Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4.1.2. The Contracting Authority Requires The Organization Of Work In A Way That Does Not Expose The Users Of The Facility And Third Parties To The Danger Of Nuisance Causing The Inability To Conduct Ongoing Activities - Due To The Fact That Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, Securing And Correct Designation Of The Construction Site, And The Works Are Particularly Onerous (E.G. Generating Large Noise). In Rypin. The Employer Also Requires Securing And Organizing Works In A Way That Allows The Rest Of The Remaining Part Of The Department Not Covered By Renovation And The Hospital, As Well As The Supply Of Materials From And To The Construction Site External Vertical Transport, Which The Contractor Will Provide At Its Own Expense. 4.1.3.
