1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Search And Reconnaissance Hole Of Brzesko Gt-1 In Order To Take Thermal Waters In Brzesko On Registration Plot No. 1411/353, As Part Of The Task Entitled Making The Search And Reconnaissance Hole Of Thermal Waters Brzesko Gt-1 In Brzesko. The Scope Of Geological Works And Works Was Specified In The Project Of Geological Works For The Implementation Of The Search And Reconnaissance Hole Of Brzesko Gt-1 In Brzesko, Approved By The Decision Of The Marshal Of The Lesser Poland Voivodship Of December 9, 2021. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: A) Preparatory Work, Including: Device Assembly, Access Road, Construction Site, A Minimum Capacity Of 4000 M3 - In Accordance With The Geological Works Project, Marking The Task In Accordance With The Requirements Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management, B) Drilling The Brest Gt -1 Hole Up To A Depth Of 2140 M (+/- 10%) Geological , C) Hydrogeological Research - In Accordance With The Geological Works Project , D) Geophysical Research - In Accordance With The Geological Works Project , E) In The Case Of Negative Testing Results - Liquidation Of The Hole, F) Termination Of Drilling, Including: Dismantling Of Devices, Terrain Reclamation, Waste Utilization. 4. As Part Of The Order, The Brzsko Gt-1 Geothermal Hole Should Be Made In Accordance With The Scope Of Works Specified In The Geological Works Project And The Activities Specified In The Design Documentation, Decisions And Conditions As Well As All The Work And Auxiliary Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Conducting Geodetic Service, Performing The Required Tests And Checks, Performing And Maintaining The Facilities Of The Construction Documentation, Execution For The Purposes Of Building Connections For The Media And Incurring The Costs Of Their Consumption, Making The Necessary Documentation Regarding The Work Implemented, Etc., As Well As Cleaning Work Of The Area In The Area Of ​​Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Work In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Including In Accordance With All Decisions, Decisions, Arrangements And Conditions.
