The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1. Painting With Protective Paints, Anti-Corrosive Steel Barriers And Brick-Concrete Barriers On Bridge Facilities Located In The Routes Of Voivodship Roads Administered By The Rdw In Kętrzyn. 2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, Applicable Law, Technical Specification - Constituting Annex 6 To Swz And A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 7 To Swz. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes An Offer Cost Estimate - Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz (Annex 2 To Swz). 4. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dispose Of Persons And Technical Potential (Tools, Plant Equipment And Technical Devices), In The Assortment And Quantities Necessary For The Correct And Timely Performance Of The Order. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Full Scope Of Works, Which Is Necessary From The Point Of View Of Law, Technical Knowledge And Building Art To Obtain The Final Effect Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Order Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular The Act On July 7, 1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418); By The Act Of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1061, As Amended) And The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended).
