1 Rozbiórki:A) Garaże Nr Inw. 1*75 - Demolition) Obora No. 47*7 - Demolition Designated For Renovation: A) The Chemical Building Building - Renovation, Replacement Of The Roofing Coverage Of The Works: A) Planting The Soil After A Trench Created After The Liquidated Fuel Base2. The Scope Of Works Includes: I. Preparatory Works: A) Preparation Of The Area For Conducting Construction Works, Fencing, Marking, Organizing The Construction Facilities, B) Verification Of Buildings In Terms Of Checking The State Of The Closed Electro-Energy Installation Of Overhead Electro-Energy- If The Internal Power Line Is Under Voltage, The Contractor Is Safe To Cut Off The Power Supply From Buildings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Document These Activities With An Appropriate Protocol Signed By A Person With The Required Permission. Notification Of The Competent Architectural And Building Administration Bodies, Supervisory Authority, The Competent District Labor Inspector And The Competent State Sanitary Inspector Before Joining Demolition Works Related To Asbestos Dismantling, Ii. Demolition Works According To The Project, Iii. Construction Works Related To The Replacement Of Roofing In Accordance With The Project, Iv. Other Duties And Works: A) Removal Of All Items And Waste Stored Within The Underestimated Objects, In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations, In Particular With Waste Regulations, B) Performance Of Construction Works That Were Not Specified In The Precipitate Of Works, And Which Are Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract, C) Grabbing To The Level Of The Surrounding Area, D) Removal From Waste, E) Removal From Real Estate Of Charters For Further Development, F) Ordering The Area After Demolition, G) As -Built Geodetic Inventory. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Pay The Amount To The Employer, Which Is A Total Value Of Recovery Materials According To The Employers Valuation Of Pln 46,653.00 + Vat (In Words: Forty -Six Thousand Six Hundred And Fifty -Three Zlotys And Zero Pennies) To The Bank Account Indicated By The Contracting Authority.
