The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Student Common Room In The Dormitory Building Ds. Macieko In Poznań Ul. Piątkowska 94/C Includes The Execution Of Construction, Electrical And Sanitary Works With Equipment. 2. The Contracting Authority Requires A Guarantee Of Quality And Warranty For Defects In Construction, Electrical And Teletechnical Works On The Principles Described Below: A) At Least 36 Months For Construction, Electrical, Sanitary Works (Note: The Length Of The Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Work Defects Is One Of The Criteria For The Assessment Of Offers) .B) At Least 24 Months Warranty For Teletechnical And Equipment. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including: The Course And Timely Performance Of The Contract, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Contract, Meeting Other Requirements Arising From Applicable Law. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Implementation Of Works, And In The Case Of Performing Them Not In Accordance With The Construction Law, Project Documentation, Contract Or In The Event Of Damage To The Object - The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Original State And Remove The Faults At Their Own Expense. 4. Used In The Technical Documentation And In The Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Indications Of The Origin Of Products Are Used To Determine The Standards Of Technical And Quality Features. The Contractor May Apply The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Product That Meets The Technical And Quality Requirements And Having Utility Properties Not Worse Than Specified In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Indicates That The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Is The Contractors Responsibility. The Employer Will Not Recognize Equivalent Solutions If They Are Worse Than Those Indicated In The Attachments To The Minimum Quality Specifications Of Qualitative, Functional, Technical And Technological Requirements. 5. The Ordering Party Application To The Content Of Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under The Employment Contract Of Performing Persons On The Construction Site In The Scope Of The Contract, I.E. Demolition, Finishing And Installation Works Performed By Physical Workers, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465). This Does Not Apply To Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 07.07.1994 Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725). 6. All Loud Work (E.G. Drilling, Forging) Should Be Carried Out After 15:00 And On Days Agreed With The Contracting Authority. Requirements For Works - All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accord
