1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Performing Adaptation Works In Two Classrooms In The Building Of The Secondary School Complex No. 6 Królowej Jadwiga In Piotrków Trybunalski (Sale No. 42I No. 43). Adaptation Works Include: 1) Execution Of Internal Plasters, 2) Flooring, 3) Replacement Of Interior Doors, 4) Replacement Of Lighting Fittings And Building Equipment, 5) Window Joinery, 6) Installation Of Resolution Boards, 7) Lighting Installation, 8) Installation Of Plug Sockets, Joke. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Included A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. 2. The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To: 1) Division Of The Order Into Parts Would Threaten Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract, And Coordinating The Activities Of Various Contractors Carrying Out Individual Parts Of The Order Could Seriously Threaten The Proper Performance Of The Order. The Works Are Carried Out At The Same Time And Are Dependent On Each Other, Which Ensures Consistency Of Implementation. 2) In The Event Of Division, The Duration Of Work Would Be Irrationally Elongated, Which Would Affect The Increase In Investment Costs. 3) After Division Into Parts, Excessive Fragmentation Of Liability Among Various Contractors Would Take Place, Which In Consequence Would Cause A Threat To The Background Of Claiming Claims Under Warranty Or Warranty. The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure Do Not Cause Restrictions On Competition And Provide Equal Access Of Entities From The Small And Medium -Sized Enterprise Sector. 3.
