Tenders Are Invited For Organization Of Transport Of Disabled Children From The Przemków Commune To The Special Educational Center Friends Of Children In Lubin, In The 2025/2026 School Year.

Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: I. Bringing Students In The Principle That Students Are Brought To School No Later Than 10 Minutes Before The Commencement Of Classes And Received After The Classes Without Undue Delay; Ii. Transporting Students With A Means Of Transport Meeting The Following Conditions: 1. The Delivery Of Students Should Be Carried Out Using A Technically Efficient Vehicle Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People In A Wheelchair; 2. Requirements That The Vehicle Must Be Met For The Transport Of Disabled Students: A) The Means Of Transport Must Be Allowed To Move In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland - With An Important Technical Examination And Current Insurance Of Civil Liability And Nw; B) The Vehicle Must Be Technically Functional, Adapted To The Nature Of The Service Performed, Meeting The Requirements Of Safety And The Road Code; C) The Vehicle Must Provide The Guardian With Free Access To Each Child While Driving. The Number Of Seating Should Be Suitable For The Number Of People Transported. Passenger Places Must Be Equipped With Seat Belts, High Supports Or Support With Headrests; D) The Vehicle Should Have Interior Lighting, Efficient Heating And Cooling Ensuring Driving Comfort For Students; Iii. The Contractor Is Responsible For Maintaining Order In The Vehicle; Iv. In The Event Of The Impossibility Of Carrying Out The Transport, The Contractor Shall Cover The Costs Of Transport Resulting From The Performance Of The Service By A Substitute Entity Chosen By The Ordering Party; V. Contractors Must Have Civil Liability Insurance, Nnw; Vi. Providing Transported Disabled Students During Delivery And Safe And Hygienic Travel Conditions; Vii. It Is Required That The Transport Takes Place As Part Of A Closed Transport, Covering Only Students And A Guardian; Viii. The Contractor Is Obliged To Insurance Transported Persons According To Existing Requirements And Regulations At Their Own Expense And Risk.
