The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Delivery Of Furniture With Assembly To Support Points Located At The Following Addresses: 1) Sulechów, 66-100-Al. Wielkopolska 12; 2) Międzyrzecz, 66-300-Os. Kasztelańskie 7/7; 3) Słubice, 69-100-Ul. Kilińskiego 9Ł; 4) Świebodzin, 66-200-Ul. Okręna 3; 5) Drezdenko, 66-530-Ul. Wita Stwosza 12/1.3. The Assembly Date Will Be Set In Agreement With The Ordering Party. 4. Differences In The Dimensions Of The Indicated Furniture Up To +/- 2 Cm Are Allowed. Local Vision Is Allowed Before Submitting The Offer. 5. All Products Must Be New And Originally Packed, Without Damage And Factory Defects, And To Be Characterized By Quality That Allows Long -Term And Safe Use (Including All Necessary Attestations And Certificates In Relation To A Specific Group Of Products). 6. All Products Must Meet National And Eu Standards Relating To A Selected Group Of Articles Or Equivalent. 7. In Any Case, When The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 8. All Own Names Used In The Documentation Of The Procedure Should Be Interpreted As Definitions Of Standards, And Not As The Names Of Specific Products, Goods, Producers, Solutions That Apply In The Performance Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Solutions, Products, Goods, Materials With Equivalent Parameters. 9. The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts. 10. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer. 11. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 1 To Swz. 12. Other Terms Of The Contract Are Regulated By The Provisions Of The Draft Contract, Which Is Annex 2 To Swz.
