The Order Of The Contract Includes: 1) Selection Of A Dehydrated Sludge Pump, 2) Disassembly Of An Old Pump, 3) Assembly Of A New Dehydrated Sludge Pump And Starting It, 4) Adjusting The Floor To The Development Of A New Pump, 5) Modernization Of The Discharge Pipeline - Adaptation Of The Connection To The New Pump, 6) Modernization Of The Charged Dehydration And Reset. Wapna, 7) Selection And Place Of The Electromagnetic Flow Meter On A Discharge Pipeline, 8) Adjustment Of The Control And Power Switchgear And Power Supply Cable To The New Dehydrated Seater Pump, 9) Akpia Adaptation To New Solutions. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Swz - Annex 10: 1) Technical Documentation, 2) Stwior, 3) Bill Of Quantities. 4. It Is Recommended That In Order To Properly Prepare The Offer, The Contractor Would Make A Local Vision. The Date Of The Local Vision Should Be Agreed With The Contracting Authority. The Employer Will Not Provide Any Oral Explanations For The Order During The Local Vision, Referring Contractors To The Procedure For Explaining Swz Content Provided For In The Procedure Provided For In The Act. Not Taking A Local Vision By The Contractor Will Not Constitute A Basis For Rejecting The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Costs Of Taking A Local Vision Are Borne By The Contractor. 5. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors. The Contracting Authority Demands That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer, Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 6. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Will Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Division Consisting In The Breakdown Of The Volume Of Delivery Would Threaten Excessive Costs Of Performing The Contract Due To The Loss Of The Benefit Of The Effect Of The Scale. The Effect Of The Scale Is A Reduction In The Share Of Fixed Costs In Unit Costs Of Delivery As A Result Of Increasing The Size Of The Activity; When Ordering For The Supply And Installation Of A Sediment Pump To The Existing Sewage Sludge Discharge Installation At The Pgkim Sewage Treatment Plant In Sandomierz Sp. Z O.O., Unit Price Calculation Is More Favorable For The Contracting Authority. So A Close Relationship Between The Size Of The Order And The Method Of Calculating The Price For Delivery.
