1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Together With The Assembly Of Play Equipment On Playgrounds Owned By The Commune Of Suwałki. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz - Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract, Auxiliary Bills Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Supply Of Factory New Play And Recreational Equipment, 2) Performing Necessary Preparatory Work, 3) Assembly Of Devices In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And The Principles Arising From Health And Safety Regulations And Safety Standards, In The Event Of The Need To Make Foundations For The Devices, The Contractor Provides Their Implementation On Their Own, 4) Ordering The Area After The End Of Works, Possible Waste (E.G. Sand). Own Cost, 5) Granting A Guarantee For Supplied And Installed Elements, 6) Making A Safe Zone For Installed Devices In Accordance With Pn-En 1177. 5. All Elements Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Have A Certificate Of Compliance With Pn-En 1176 Or Equivalent. The Devices Must Be Made Of Materials Resistant To Weather Conditions. 6. The Structural Elements Of The Devices Must Be Made Of Galvanized Steel, Anti -Corrosion And Powder -Coated, In Colors Resistant To Uv Rays And Atmospheric Conditions. This Requirement Aims To Ensure Durability, Corrosion Resistance And Long -Term Safety Of Use In Public Space. 7. All Devices Must Be Intended For Public Use, Have Relevant Certificates And Be In Line With Polish Standards And Security Conditions Specified In The Provisions On General Product Safety. 8. The Contractor Should Have The Following Documents: 1) The Information Identifying The Manufacturer (Or Importer) Of The Devices; 2) Technical Documentation (Information About The Design Of The Device, Its Dimensions, Materials Used, Paints And Varnishes, Recommended Spare Parts, Installation Method); 3) The Instruction Manual And Maintenance Of Built Devices; 4) Instructions For Using All Built Devices; 5) Documents Confirming The Compliance Of Equipment With Pn-En 1176, Pn-En 1177 Standards Or Equivalent.
