1. The Subject Of The Contract In Part I Is The Successive Provision Of Catering And Restaurant Services For The Needs Of The Ordering Party As Part Of: Organized Postgraduate Studies, Various Types Of Meetings Related To: Guests Visits, Conferences, Seminars, Defense Of Doctoral Dissertations And Occasional Refreshments During The Period Of The Contract. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For This Part Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.3. The Detailed Quantitative Range For This Part Is Specified In The Material And Price Form, Constituting Annex 2A To Swz.4. The Place Of Implementation Of Catering Services Will Be: Rooms Of The Faculty Of Civil Engineering And The Environment Or Other Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Campus Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. 5. Due To The Need To Coordinate Restaurant Services And Adapt Them To A Specific Time Frame (In Order To Provide Meals During Breaks For Postgraduate Participants), The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Has A Restaurant Premises Close To The Campus Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology, In Which Restaurant Services Will Be Provided, Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.6. The Planned Provisions Of The Contract For This Part Were Specified In Annex 4A To Swz.7. Implementation Period: Successively For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Subject To The Provisions Set Out In Chapter Xi Swz.
