3.2.1. Part I: The Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Transporting Disabled Students From The Przemęt Commune In The 2025/2026 School Year To The Zss In Wolsztyn: A) The Concept Of Transporting Disabled Students Should Be Understood As The Delivery Of Students From The Place Of Residence Of Each Student (From The House Of Each Student) To The Special School Complex In Wolsztyn Before The Start Of School Classes And The Transfer Of Each Student From School (Home) School Classes.B) The Service Includes The Transport Of Approx. 17 Disabled Students On A Route Of Approx. 350 Km Per Day. However, These Changes Will Not Cause Changes To The Unit Price Of The Service For One Kilometer. E) The Transport Of Disabled Students Must Be Correlated With Hours Of Starting And Completion Of School Classes Resulting From The Lesson Plans Of The 2025/2026 School Year, Including Exams, The Start And End Of The School Year, Etc. All Students Must Be Brought To School At The Latest For 5 Minutes At The Latest. Before Starting School Classes. The Delivery Hours Must Enable The Delivered Students To Start School Classes. Disabled. H) The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Actual Number Of Kilometers Traveled, I.E. For The Actual Route Actually Made - From The Moment When The First Student Gets On The Route To The Moment When The Last Student Sits Out. Current Liability Insurance And Accident Insurance. Vehicles Must Be Equipped With Certified Equipment That Allows You To Enter A Trolley With An Incomplete Person To The Car, I.E. Elevator Or Ramps, Must Have Seat Belts, Including For A Person Transported In A Wheelchair And Belts For Attaching Wheelchairs .J) In The Event Of A Vehicle Failure Or Random Event, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Means Of Transport In Such A Way That It Does Not Cause Time Delay. In View Of The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Reserve Vehicle That Meets The Conditions Specified In Point I. K) Minimum Number Of Vehicles: 2 Vehicles And An Additional 1 Reserve Vehicle, Each With Min. 19 Seats. L) Contractor Drivers Are Obliged To Have Appropriate Permissions And Professional Qualifications To Drive Vehicles Specified In Point I.M) The Contracting Authority Excludes The Connection Of The Drivers Functions With The Function Of The Guardian.N) The Contractor Is Obliged To:  Ensuring Safety, Hygiene And Care For The Transported Students - One Guardian In One Vehicle From The Moment When The First Student Enters The Moment When The First Student Comes The Efforts With Documented Ohs, Premedical First Aid;  Enabling The Parents Care By The Parent/Guardian At His Own Request, Provided For Traveling, Provided For Traveling On The Condition Of The Free Time, Provided
