Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Students From The Transport Of Students To Schools And Kindergarten In The Form Of Sales Of Monthly Tickets With Providing Care

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Students From The Transport Of Students To Schools And Kindergarten In The Form Of Sales Of Monthly Tickets With Ensuring Care. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Following Educational Institutions: A) Primary School In Bysław, B) Primary School In Lubiewo, C) Local Government Kindergarten Of The Lubiewo Commune Branches In Bysław And Lubiewo. 3. The Carrier Is Obliged To Carry Out The Transport On The Following Communication Lines: A) Communication Line: Bysław - Miniko -Amphibian - Bysław B) Communication Line: Bysław - Klonowo - Sucha - Lubiewo - Bysławc) Communication Line: Bysław - Lubiewice - Bysław.4. The Basis For Calculating The Value Of The Order Will Be The Unit Price Of A Monthly Ticket Multiplied By The Number Of Months Of Service And The Number Of Students Transported. 5. The Estimated Number Of Students For Whom Monthly Tickets Will Be Purchased Is 321. 6. Specified In Point 5 Size - The Number Of Students Is Approximate And May Change (Reduce Or Increase) During The Order. The Contracting Authority Will Not Bear Additional Costs In This Respect. 7. The Price Of A Monthly Ticket Must Include A Journey From The Stop Where The Student Gets On, To The Stop At Which The School/Kindergarten Is Located, To Which The Student Attends. 8. The Contractor Must Have A Minimum Of 3 Buses Adapted To Transport People With Min. 48 Sitting Places For Students Whose Year Of Production Is Not Older Than 25 Years. 9. The Contractor Must Have A Minimum Of Two Reserve Buses. 10. Vehicles For Transporting Students Must Be Fully Functional, Heated, Air -Conditioned, Meet Safety Requirements, Meet The General Conditions Of The Transport Of People, They Must Have Valid Insurance Policies And Nw And Current Technical Tests. 11. The Bus Driver Must Have Valid All The Right To Drive The Vehicle And Transport Of Passenger/Children Required By Right. 12. The Price Offered In The Proceedings Must Include All Costs Related To The Maintenance, Operation And Insurance Of The Bus, The Drivers And Guardians Remuneration, As Well As Other Costs Of The Contractor - Must Be The Total Price Of The Task. 13. The Price Of A Monthly Ticket During The Contract May Not Change. The Exception Is The Situation Specified In § 9 Para. 1 And 2 Of The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. 14. The Contractor Must Have A Current License/Permission To Perform Domestic Road Transport In The Field Of Passenger Transport. 15. The Contractor Must Have Permission To Carry Out Regular Transport In National Road Transport On The Abovementioned Communication Lines. 16. The Transport Will Take Place On School Days, Excluding Summer Holidays, Winter Holidays And Other Days Off. 17. Payment For The Transport Will Take Place Once A Month After The Monthly Tickets Are Issued. 18. Care For Children During Delivery Is Provided By The Contractor. 19.
