The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 21 Of The Pzp And Art. 3 Point 7A Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, Consisting In The Modernization Of The Lighting Of The Exhibition Spaces Of The Bwa Gallery In Bydgoszcz, In The Scope And On The Terms Of The Contract, Specified In Detail In: 1) Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract With Attachments - Annex 1 To Swz, 2) Project Documentation (Pd) And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Sst) - Annex No. 2 To Swz, 3) Template Of The Offer Form - Annex 3 To Swz. Modernization Of The Existing Basic Lighting Of The Exhibition Space Of The Bwa Gallery In Bydgoszcz Consists In Swapping Light Sources In Lighting Luminaires Built Into The Ceilings Suspended From Lighting With Light -Controlled Led Modules. Illuminating Exhibits For Versions Performed By Led. The Wiring And Existing Three -Phase Rails Are Not Subject To Modernization. All Dismantled Elements Of Existing Luminaires (Fluorescent Lamps, Power Supply, Mounting Handles) Are Subject To Compulsory Utilization.
