1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An Autonomous Solar Photometer With The Software -Specified In Annex 2 To Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Device. The Offered Device Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Not Older Than 2024), Have Appropriate Certificates, Standards Allowing Them To Sell And Use In Rp.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of The Device Along With Its Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Lodging To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Free Warranty Service; In Addition, The Scope Of The Order Includes: Calibration, Installation And Launch Of The Device And Training, Employees Of The Ordering Party, Theory, Use And Operation Of The Device. (The Contractor Will Provide One -Day Training For Min. 3 People, After Installation And Starting The Device, On The Day Of Delivery Of The Device At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party).
