1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Development Of Project And Cost Documentation For The Task: Expansion Of The Intersection Of Provincial Road No. 942 Ul. Żywiecka With The Road Of The Kdl3 Commune And Wilkowska St. In Wilkowice. Expansion Of The Intersection Of Voivodship Road No. 942 Ul. Żywiecka With The Road Of The Kdl3 Commune And Wilkowska Street In Wilkowice In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz, The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex 4 To Swz, Along With All Necessary Studies, Materials, Agreements And Necessary Activities To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. The Task Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement Of 28.12.2023 On The Extension Of The Intersection Of Voivodship Road No. 942 Ul. Żywiecka With The Municipal Road Kdl3 And Ul. Wilkowska In Wilkowice Between The Śląskie Voivodeship, The Wilkowice Commune And The Buczkowice Commune. The Basic Requirements For The Road System Were Presented In The Road Concept Entitled Construction Of Ul. Ziołowa Together With The Reconstruction Of The Intersection With The Provincial Road Dw 942 Ul. Żywiecka In Wilkowice: Developed In December 2023 By Jaroad Jarosław Dziech Podkępie 10, 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice, The Above Documents Constitute An Integral Part Of Annex No. 5 To Swz.2. The Implementation Of The Task Was Divided Into 3 Stages: 1) Stage 1) (Preliminary Geometric Solutions) Up To 3 Months From The Date Of Signing Of The Contract, 2) Stage Ii - Effective Submission Of A Decision For The Decision On Environmental Conditions Within 8 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, 3) Stage Iii - Transfer Of Project Documentation Agreed By The Contracting Authority Together With Documents Permits To Conduct Construction Works (Obtaining A Zrid / Building Permit) - Up To 30 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 5 To Swz - A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Design Guidelines Attached To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
