Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Educational Infrastructure In Schools From The Commune Of Ropczyce

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Educational Equipment For 1 Studio For Children With Special Needs And 2 Steam Studios For Practical Teaching Subjects As Part Of The Project Modernization Of Educational Infrastructure In Schools From The Ropczyce Commune Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds Program For Podkarpacie 2021-2027, Priority 5: Priority Social Space, 5.1 Education. 2. Part I - Steam Nature Laboratory - Sp No. 1 In Ropczyce. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Type, Quantity, Parameters, Delivery And Assembly Details) Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.4. The Offered Equipment Should Be Brand New, Free Of Defects, Not Bearing Signs Of Damage And Use. In The Event That The Equipment Provided Does Not Meet This Requirement, The Employer Will Refuse To Accept The Part Or All Of The Order By Preparing A Protocol Containing The Reasons For Refusal To Receive. The Employer Will Set A Deadline For Delivering Free From Defects. The Procedure Of Acceptance Activities Will Be Repeated. 5. The Contractor Will Guarantee Free Transport Of The Ordered Equipment With The Place Indicated By The Employer, Unloading And Bringing Equipment. The Exact Place Of Delivery And Assembly Of Individual Equipment Will Be Indicated By The User. 6. In The Case Of Equipment And Equipment Requiring Assembly, Folding, Connection Or Installation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Assemble, Connect Or Install The Supplied Equipment In The Indicated Place, With The Date Of Receipt Will Be Transferred To The Complete Complex Or Installed Equipment And Equipment. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Launch The Work Of These Devices, Including The Training Of The Facility In The Scope Of Launching And Operating These Devices. 7. The Employer Requires That The Supplied Equipment Has Certificates, Approvals, Admission Certificates Or Other Documentation Confirming That The Offered Equipment Meets The Provisions And Standards Required By Law. The Above -Mentioned Documents Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party At The Latest On The Day Of Receipt. 8. The Execution Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Arising From Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And Must Meet Pn-En Standards Appropriate For A Given Assortment, With Particular Emphasis On Safety Standards. 9. The Offered Products Should Be Safe And Properly Marked, Which Means That They Must Meet The General Safety Requirements Set Out In The Provisions Of The Act Of 12 December 2003 On General Product Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 222, As Amended). All Products, Including Especially Furniture Placed On The Market, Must Have Labels With Subtitles In Polish Containing: The Name Of The Goods, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, The Designation Identifying The Product.
